Farscape
Ben Brower is goofy enough to take the edge off his prettiness. Also, he spends most of Season Two going slowly bonkers. Lovely. Deep into Farscape second season here, going over the DVDs I could buy and as always it takes a while to shake off the obsessive focus. It makes me a little sad that this show seems to be so ignored.
Like with The X-Files and ST:TNG I'm always going in for character, so I worry very little about the accuracy of the science part. I'm not the most devoted sci-fi geek, but give me an unsaintly crew getting on each other’s nerves and I'm compelled to take a look. With no cable I can only splurge once in while and grab a few DVDs. I'm so very behind I can't properly get into the fandom at this point. Besides, getting into sci-fi fandoms is kind of tricky. A different crowd from what I'm used to runs around when you throw words in like warp, quantum, nebulas and pulsars.
