For the posts en Espanol, I must be intrigued or bored enough to bother with the translation. The result I get when running the text through babelfish are amusing. It is useful to help me get a word or two that I don't know, but in general those translations are awful and if I didn't know enough Spanish then Babelfish would be mostly worthless.
Babelfish is like - uh - so weird. Although I have to say that for free it does a better job than a program I was forced to use at an old job (around 1993.) At that place the fact that I was an accountant was waaay second to the fact that I could help translate letters for US clients. I shudder to think how poorly written those letters were, but my boss didn't want to have a real tranlator work on them.
