For the posts en Espanol, I must be intrigued or bored enough to bother with the translation. The result I get when running the text through babelfish are amusing. It is useful to help me get a word or two that I don't know, but in general those translations are awful and if I didn't know enough Spanish then Babelfish would be mostly worthless.
Babelfish is like - uh - so weird. Although I have to say that for free it does a better job than a program I was forced to use at an old job (around 1993.) At that place the fact that I was an accountant was waaay second to the fact that I could help translate letters for US clients. I shudder to think how poorly written those letters were, but my boss didn't want to have a real tranlator work on them.
Casualmente pensaba preguntarte cual valía la pena tener en DVD: la primera temporada de House o la de Deadwood...no he visto un solo capitulo de ninguna de las dos series, pero aparecieron en una tienda local, así que antes de comprar decidí consultar con la experta….
Además…después de escuchar el archivo...dudo mucho que se transmitan en México...
Por las criticas se que Deadwood es considerado el mejor de los dos, pero yo disfruto mas House. Depende del humor. Deadwood trata con gentes horribles y las quieres ahorcar por estupidos/crueles/despreciables, pero es creible en como establece a sus personajes. House es mas fantasia, el snark es tremendo, tiene subtexto slashy (yay!) y se burla de las fallas de la gente a traves de House.
