Moving beyond "latino" boom writers Octavio Paz, Gabriel Garcia Marquez and Carlos Fuentes, these writers go against the magical realism that insists in the little village Mexico. But, well, the self-congratulatory air of the interview with Fuentes and Ignacio Padilla is annoying.
