The blog experiment is not doing too hot either. Still not a 100% with the idea of writing in a second language. Writing this in Spanish though would not make things easier. Spanish is not the language in my head for fannish activities, the number one reason for being online as far as I can see.
If not for troublesome real life details I would be in geeky joy just around now. Comicon is happening next weekend and I should be revving up. Instead I'm experiencing a low buzz dread. Crowds, parking hell and the spongy presure of making sure the people around me . . . well, have fun. I decided to go with friends instead of going by my lonesome. Driving to work this morning I realized than since I am now officially in a RELATIONSHIP and my friends seem to be taking a surprising/pleasing interest in seeing me I no longer do things by myself outside of my apartment. I have a social life. Huh.
