Supernatural, ni muy-muy, ni tan-tan

Algo curioso que esta sucediendo mientras nado entre tanto fic para SPN, es como hay fics y autoras muy, pero muy populares, que solo me dejan parpadeando sin lograr conectar, los cual me es frustrante, Eso no me paso en Smallville ni SGA, por lo que pienso es la combinación del material fuente (mas oscuro) y los temas pesados que toma el fic. Por ejemplo, se que estrella30 y maygra son muy recomendadas y he intentado meterme en sus fics, pero nomás no se da la cosa. Lo cual no me deja sin acceso a buen material, pero si un tanto pensativa en cuanto a cual es la razón de esto.

I love my fanfic but I know I'm a "First-time" whore. I just can't get into established relationship. I like that rush of first-time love/lust.

Maygra's been around so long. I tried to read her Highlander stuff way back but was never able to get into it. I wanted to, too. Methos/Duncan makes me giddy. There are a few stand-alone stories of hers I really like but I can't get into the arcs.

I don't know estrella30. I shall have to investigate. *Cracks knuckles and get's settled in to read*

I remember maygra's names from Highlander now, but as I try to think of it I can't remember her fics. I think she had a series that was recced by several people whose taste I trust, but never fell for the stories. So yes, personal preference there. Hmmm.

estrella30 wrote in SV before SPN, and at Escapde several people told me that they really enjoy her RPS, that it's there where she kicks ass. I'm still not a 100% on the RPS camp, but I will read it if the author can makes actors interesting as characters, which is my main problem with a lot of RPS.

I like that rush of first-time love/lust.

Yep, specially coming into a fandom where the OTP are brothers. Justification? Getting there? Muy importante!
