Fanpoodle: Mmm... este creo esta vago. Desde ligero insulto a termino de cariño aplicado a Henry Jenkins. Digamos que es alguien que se la pasa mucho tiempo en fandom.
Libros sobre fandom que espero leer pronto:

Fan Fiction and Fan Communities in the Age of the Internet, editado por Karen Hellekson y Kristina Busse
Siempre esta el problema que al analizar con lupa algo querido este pierda parte de su encanto. Pero la curiosidad es mucha y en demasiadas ocasiones carezco del lenguaje para expresar las corrientes que veo ir y venir en fandom.
EPA:ethrosdemon tiene un post sobre acentos en EEUU y como esos se malinterpretan en fandom. Especificamente habla de clase social y la diferencia de acentos entre Jensen Ackles y Jared Padalecki y Dean y Sam.

He pings off the radar to my ears and I imagine this wouldbe the case for Jensen as well. My *personal* fanwank over this is that because Jared couldn’t get his accent under control, JDM and Jensen were directed to twang their speech a little to keep Jared from sounding so out of place."
