Lo he seguido por metafandom. Y sigo sin entender porque hay gente que esta inscrita, me pregunto ¿ que no leyeron los TOS ? Y el hecho de que este tan bien financiado y que sea patrocinado por quien esta patrocinado,aun sigue siendo explotación por no decir que esta dando material a TPTB para centralizar a quienes usan su material. Es algo que no capizco =/
Creo que los autores que estan ahi no tienen conexion al fandom en LJ. Fueron pizcados de foros en otras partes y creo tambien de ff.net. Tambien me imagino que son muchas personas muy jovenes. Una cosa que he visto cada vez con mas claridad es que las autoras en LJ son intimidantes a nuevas escritoras, aunque aun no estoy completamente segura de el porque. Con el tiempo espero capizcar q onda con eso, porque tiene mucho que ver con politica de la que yo no estoye enterada por no escribir fic.
So....can you only write fic about the sponsors' shows? Won't they be upset if you write about a competitor's show? Wouldn't it be *copyright infringement* to write about a non-sponsor's show since the sponsor could make money from advertisement? What if they don't like what you write about *their* show? I can understand Showtime not minding the gay porn, but the rest of them? And um... what about RPS? And will they track the writers back to their personal web pages and journals and try to slap them for writing fic on a private site? Oy. And more OY.
